Blizzard 2013

Over in Connecticut, Storm Nemo hit us pretty hard bringing in a record 3 feet of snow! The following day after the storm we emerged from the warmth of our home to see what mother nature dropped on us to find the crazyiness. My car was halfway buried and took about 2 hours to uncover, the mounds of snow were taller than Emma, and the snow "plows" aka big bulldozers were attempting to clear the roads. We had a fun snow day on Friday...and another one again today. After dealing with the torture of shoveling we finally got to play. And play we did. We had so much fun making snow angels, climbing to the top of snow piles, walking around the neighborhood maneuvering through the snow mazes, and even building a six foot tunnel/igloo to crawl in.
